Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Family Caregiver Center of New Mexico seeks a Caregiver Community Manager to engage family caregivers with FCCNM services and supports, and connect family caregivers to one another. This role leads New Mexico Family Caregivers Connect, which includes: a closed Facebook group to share ideas, struggles, and support; monthly e-newsletters with helpful resources; virtual monthly presentations featuring speakers on key topics

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Build and maintain relationships with organizations and agencies that encounter family caregivers as part of their daily work. * Supervise, recruit, train, and support a small group of volunteers doing Caregivers Connect outreach. * Represent FCCNM at community health fairs and events with partner organizations, building the kind of ongoing relationships that lead to steady referrals. * Manage all organizational social media accounts, posting consistently and responding to comments and messages with warmth.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Committed to improving caregiver outcomes, *Comfortable working on a small, remote team. *Skilled in Google Workspace, Zoom, and social media, *Highly organized across multiple workstreams. *Experienced building community, online and in-person. *Relationship-first instinct, *Skilled writing content, hosting virtual events. *Strong communicator across phone, email, video. *Travels statewide with reliable transportation.

Salary Range: 
$55,000-$58,000 DOE
