Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Campaign Director is responsible for driving the team and the success of our Comprehensive Campaign by providing strategic leadership, management, and oversight. This position works in close partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Philanthropy Officer, Campaign Chair, Campaign Committee(s), and organizational leadership to design, execute, and drive the Campaign's success from planning through completion.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Campaign Director is a strategic thinker and skilled relationship-builder who can guide high-level volunteers, high-value donors, manage complex fundraising systems, and ensure operational excellence throughout the Campaign. This position plays a critical leadership, outward-facing role in advancing Girls Inc. of Santa Fe’s mission through major philanthropic investment.
