Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The role involves providing leadership and enabling the success of others. This will include consulting with entrepreneurs and small business owners on starting and managing a business, delivering training classes, identifying lending candidates, working with diverse populations, and marketing services. This role will be responsible for program, funder, and operational reports on a timely basis.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Requirements for the position include experience in training or teaching diverse adult populations, small business operations, and excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Past leadership and management experience, as well as the ability to successfully present complex information to large and small groups, are preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution is required. A master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred. Additional consideration may be given to candidates holding professional certifications from associations with governed accreditation bodies or individuals with relevant professional experience who do not have a bachelor’s degree.
