Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist families to access and receive early intervention services; complete intakes; evaluations; determine eligibility; and provide early intervention services in families homes. 

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Participate in team evaluations, the IFSP process or overall program planning activities, as requested.
Assess developmental progress and implement individualized strategies to support children's growth across cognitive, motor, communication, and social-emotional domains
Empower families by connecting them with resources, providing developmental guidance, and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BS or MS in early childhood education, social work, or related field required.  Bilingual a plus.
