Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide individual, group, and couples psychotherapy for youth and adults using a trauma-informed approach. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, respond to crises, and coordinate care with case managers. Supervise clinicians, maintain accurate documentation, participate in trainings, community outreach, and program evaluation, while promoting client-centered, high-quality services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Minimum two years’ experience providing psychotherapy to youth and adults. Strong trauma-informed, client-centered approach, understanding social determinants of health. Maintain licensure, uphold confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism. Skilled in crisis management, communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving. Committed to growth, teamwork, and providing supportive, non-judgmental care.
