Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) position is funded by AmeriCorps. The primary role of the AmeriCorps VISTA will be to assist with data tracking and reporting for YouthBuild and other YouthWorks training programs. The AmeriCorps VISTA may also assist with social media initiatives and community/donor outreach.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Enter data into various database systems to track program progress and outcomes
• Assist with program-related billing and reporting
• Track and organize participant data, and assist with electronic and physical file creation
• Review, edit and adapt program policy manuals and materials
• Participate in AmeriCorps related trainings and activities as required

Other Information/Requirements: 

YouthWorks is seeking to interview and select a VISTA by March 29th, 2019. The selected VISTA would be required to attend a Pre-Service Orientation (PSO) on April 15th, 2019. VISTAs receive a modest monthly living allowance and the option of receiving either an end-of-service stipend or education award.
