Main Areas of Responsibility: 

SAR seeks a full-time Advancement Specialist to lead donor data strategy, prospect research, and fundraising analytics. This role manages Raiser’s Edge NXT, reporting, and donor stewardship while supporting campaigns, membership growth, grants and strategic decisions.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Conducts prospect research, donor analytics, and reporting to support fundraising strategy and leadership briefings. Manages Raiser’s Edge database, gift processing, memberships, stewardship, and event data. Produces dashboards, trend analyses, and donor reports; maintains data integrity; collaborates across departments to support campaigns, donor relations, financial reconciliation, and institutional advancement goals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree required plus 2–4 years in: prospect research, donor analytics, database management and fundraising principles. Ability to analyze and synthesize data into concise formats. Excellent computer skills, including Raiser’s Edge or similar database. Thrives in fast paced deadline- driven environments. Strong communication skills. Discretion with confidential information.

Salary Range: 
$60,000 to $65,000 annually
