Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing agendas and minutes, distributing materials, and managing the BoardSpot portal. Serves as a key organizational contact, ensuring efficient communication, coordinated workflows, and smooth daily administrative operations across the Garden.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinates logistics for meetings, programs, and special events, including scheduling spaces, managing catering, supporting audiovisual technology, and assisting attendees. Oversees shared office operations by maintaining supplies, organizing filing systems, monitoring general inquiries, and supporting a professional, organized, and collaborative work environment throughout the organization.
