Main Areas of Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors. Provide administrative support by coordinating calendars, records, travel, meetings, and communications. Assist with data entry, program documentation, event logistics, registrations, materials, and promotional items. Support organizational leadership, special projects, and daily office operations to advance program goals.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other computer applications. Strong organizational, administrative, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, understand office procedures, and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 based on qualifications and experience
