About Us: 

Grantmaking Program Area Descriptions:  Projects that conserve habitat for wintering, migrating and breeding birds that occur on playa lakes, saline lakes, marshes, riparian areas and associated uplands.  Projects that improve conservation practices and increase knowledge about the birds and habitats within our boundaries.  Projects that educate landowners'/managers' understanding of available conservation practices for their land and lead directly to quantifiable habitat conservation.
