F Maddox Foundation is to significantly improve the quality of life in southeastern New Mexico by investing in education, community development, and other social programs. The Foundation particularly supports initiatives driven by innovation leadership, designed for substantial impact, and committed to lasting value.

The Foundation has redirected its focus toward economic and community development initiatives in an effort to provide opportunities for long-term economic vitality within Lea County. The Foundation makes grants to non-profit organizations; Grants to government entities; Capital building; Equipment; Matching grants; Technical assistance; and Project support.
