Mission: Our mission is to support, promote and encourage charitable giving in order to improve the quality of life within our communities.

Grantmaking Program Areas: Education; Welfare; Health; Humanities; Conservation

Granmaking Program Area Descriptions:
Education: Including assistance to libraries, funding for supplemental programs for preschools and elementary schools, support of literacy programs.
Welfare: Including programs for disadvantaged and troubled youth local fire-protection services, parks and civic improvements, food banks and human rights organizations.
Health: Including hospices, preventative health programs, EMS and ambulance services.
Humanities: Including local arts groups and historical projects.
Conservation: Including wildlife projects, ecosystem protection, and water projects.

Type of Funding/Funding Restrictions: The total to be granted this fiscal year is $1500 to one or more applicants. In the case that none of the applicants qualify, CFLC may not provide any grants. Grants must be used for projects benefiting residents in the Lincoln County and surrounding communities. Applicants must be either: 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization (IRS designation) or exempt governmental organizations.
