The Epicurean Club Boston is America's oldest professional chefs' association. Founded in 1894, The Epicurean Club of Boston is a chapter of the American Culinary Federation and is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, and nonsectarian culinary association. Our main service is to benefit culinary college students with scholarships; annually, we give out between $30,000 and $50,000.

Made up of professional chefs and cooks engaged in the planning, preparation, service and supervision of foods and beverages in commercial hotels, clubs, restaurants, institutions, schools and other establishments, as well as serving as research and development consultants, experimental chefs, food directors and chef authors.
