This action-packed day includes interactive exercises, personal reflection, and group work designed to help you collect and act on feedback from constituents and program participants. Throughout the day, you will hone your understanding of the feedback loop and participatory methodologies, while creating individual feedback and listening action plans for your organization. The session is accompanied by robust learning materials, including written case studies for each stage of the loop and tips and tricks for systematically embedding feedback in your organization's programs and operations.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

1. Articulate the value of constituent feedback and describe each stage of an equitable feedback loop;
2. Design a realistic feedback plan they can begin implementing immediately; and
3. Build confidence in strengthening a listening culture within their organization.

The Crash Course will take place the day before the Feedback+Albuquerque Summit.

Participants have the option to add two coaching sessions with Feedback Labs’ experienced staff at a reduced rate for personalized support (October - January).

Three months after the course, the cohort gathers again for a 1.5-hour virtual Reunion to share progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and reconnect with peers.
