Is your organization attracting enthusiastic skilled volunteers?  Are you able to leverage pro bono services delivered by those skilled volunteers?  According to Points of Light, Common Impact, Taproot and Capital One, "Pro bono services can be transformational in helping an organization build its capacity."  Join us to learn how to engage motivated individuals who are looking to develop their skills and gain experience.

Dara Ambriz with Cardinal Health and Jaci Bertrand with PNM Resources.

Jaci Bertrand serves as the program manager for employee and foundation community outreach for PNM Resources and the PNM Resources Foundation. In this role, Jaci promotes community engagement opportunities for PNM employees and coordinates Foundation funding programs for the nonprofit community. She serves as the President of the Corporate Volunteer Council. Prior to joining PNM, Jaci lived for 12 years in Atlanta, GA and worked for the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, an organization focused on funding nonprofit organizations serving low-income women and girls in Atlanta.

Dara Ambriz manages the award winning volunteer and grants program for Cardinal Health, locally, and serves as Immediate Past-president of the Corporate Volunteer Council of Central New Mexico. She is an advisory council member to the CVC Network, serves on the business track planning committee to the Conference on Volunteering and Service and will be facilitating several volunteer management and building capacity sessions for nonprofit leaders locally and nationally. Dara serves on the boards for Casa Esperanza and PB&J Family Services and is a long time volunteer for the United Way of Central New Mexico holding several leadership roles within the organization.
