Join a discussion based on the concepts presented in the Taking Your Board to the Next Level training on March 27, 2012.  Topics will include doing a board assessment to understand strengths and areas for improvement and developing an action plan.  There will be an opportunity to discuss your organization's progress and address any challenges that may have in motivating and elevating your board.
