Alicyn Archuleta

Alicyn Archuleta is a finance and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, change, and opportunity. Her background spans nonprofit leadership, financial strategy, operations, business development, and organizational management, with a focus on building strong structures and systems that support sustainable growth. 

At Groundworks New Mexico, Alicyn oversees finance and operational functions that help strengthen the organization’s foundation and support its mission to connect, strengthen, and advocate for New Mexico’s social sector. She brings an analytical and practical approach to financial management, guided by three core principles that shape her work: accountability, integrity, and transparency. She believes strong organizations are built on sound financial stewardship, clear processes, thoughtful decision-making, and trust. 

Alicyn holds a BS in Anthropology and an MBA from The University of New Mexico and has served in executive roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build the clarity, structure, and capacity they need to thrive. As an Albuquerque local, and New Mexico professional, she is especially interested in strengthening the nonprofit sector and supporting organizations that are working to create lasting impact in communities across the state.
