The UNM Evaluation Lab works to build evaluation capacity in non-profit community organizations and government agencies throughout New Mexico. The Evaluation Lab teaches community organizations to assess their own effectiveness, both to satisfy funders, and, more fundamentally, to improve service to their clients.
The Summer Institute is a 5-day intensive course covering all aspects of evaluation for organizations. At the end of the Institute, attendees will have a plan of evaluation activities to review with their organizations and tools to begin the evaluation process.
