 art of everyday life\, and avoiding conflict often

 frame conflicts as opportunities to communicate mo
 re effectively with others and ultimately engage i

  in our ability to do so. In Resolve programs\, pa
 rticipants have the opportunity to both create a p
 lan for responding to a stressful situation and to
  practice these responses - so that when a similar
  situation occurs in real life\, they can be confi
 dent in their ability to respond.  You'll leave wi
 th new perspectives for navigating interpersonal d
 ynamics and advocating for social justice - and co
 nfidence in putting these tools to action in your

 ted at regional and national conferences on topics
  including Empowerment Self-Defense\, sexual and d
 omestic violence\, and disability in the context o
 f prevention. Through scenario-based and embodied 
 learning\, she teaches practical\, embodied skills
  that support sustainable\, values-aligned care.</
