I began my career in Washingt on\, DC developing workforce and education policy at the U.S. Departments of Labor and Education. I went to law school and practiced law for several y ears advising and representing companies on employ ment and labor matters. Even though I loved workin g with my clients\, I realized that I could have m ore of an impact from inside organizations rather than as outside counsel. For the next 15 years I h eld several senior corporate HR leadership roles a cross a wide variety of industries\, including tra vel\, retail\, insurance and hospitality. During t his time I established a track record of identifyi ng problems\, proposing solutions and getting resu lts.

\n I started Endunamo Consultin g's so that I could help nonprofit organizations b e successful by harnessing the great potential of their people. My goal is to empower the people and teams I work with and to help their organizations succeed and grow. I am passionate about building relationships with my clients\, helping to identif y their problems and devising effective and long-l asting solutions. On a person al level\, I grew up in South Bend\, Indiana\, liv ed for many years in the Twin Cities of Minnesota and currently reside in Las Vegas. This year my wi fe Jennifer and I will celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and have raised two amazing daughters together. I love running\, cycling\, traveling and cooking - especially when I can do them all toget her.

Short ly after graduating from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas\, I started my human resources career in a casino. I quickly became interested in the i mportance of HR branding\, recruitment\, employee engagement\, and employee relations. I love servin g in a role that works to create and maintain a sp ace where team members feel valued at work. I also have experience in marketing and communications\, having worked in a digital marketing role and a p ublic relations role with the NHL before starting my human resources career. I’m eager to contribute to the growth and success of nonprofit organizati ons.

In my free time\, you will find m e in the middle of the desert enjoying the sun or stargazing\, trying a new restaurant in Chinatown\ , watching Bob’s Burgers\, or off to see family an d friends out of town.
