 on\, DC developing workforce and education policy 
 at the U.S. Departments of Labor and Education. I 
 went to law school and practiced law for several y
 ears advising and representing companies on employ
 ment and labor matters. Even though I loved workin
 g with my clients\, I realized that I could have m
 ore of an impact from inside organizations rather 
 than as outside counsel. For the next 15 years I h
 eld several senior corporate HR leadership roles a
 cross a wide variety of industries\, including tra
 vel\, retail\, insurance and hospitality. During t
 his time I established a track record of identifyi
 ng problems\, proposing solutions and getting resu
 lts.<br />\n <br />\n I started Endunamo Consultin
 g's so that I could help nonprofit organizations a
 nd for profit businesses be successful by harnessi
 ng the great potential of their people. My goal is
  to empower the people and teams I work with and t
 o help their organizations succeed and grow. I am 
 passionate about building relationships with my cl
 ients\, helping to identify their problems and dev
 ising effective and long-lasting solutions. I woul

 South Bend\, Indiana\, lived for many years in the
  Twin Cities of Minnesota and currently reside in 
 Las Vegas. My wife\, Jennifer\, and I just celebra
 ted our 30th wedding anniversary and have raised t
 wo amazing daughters together. I love running\, cy
 cling\, traveling and cooking - especially when I

 University of Nevada in Las Vegas\, I started my h
 uman resources career in a casino. I quickly becam
 e interested in the importance of HR branding\, re
 cruitment\, employee engagement\, and employee rel
 ations. I love serving in a role that works to cre
 ate and maintain a space where team members feel v
 alued at work. I also have experience in marketing
  and communications\, having worked in a digital m
 arketing role and a public relations role with the
  NHL before starting my human resources career. I’
 m eager to contribute to the growth and success of
  nonprofit organizations.</p>\n \n <p>In my free t
 ime\, you will find me in the middle of the desert
  enjoying the sun or stargazing\, trying a new res
 taurant in Chinatown\, watching Bob’s Burgers\, or
