 olicy at the U.S. Departments of Labor and Educati
 on. I went to law school and practiced law for sev
 eral years advising and representing companies on 
 employment and labor matters. Even though I loved 
 working with my clients\, I realized that I could 
 have more of an impact from inside organizations r
 ather than as outside counsel. For the next 15 yea
 rs I held several senior corporate HR leadership r
 oles across a wide variety of industries\, includi
 ng travel\, retail\, insurance and hospitality. Du
 ring this time I established a track record of ide
 ntifying problems\, proposing solutions and gettin
 g results.<br />\n <br />\n I started Endunamo Con
 sulting's so that I could help nonprofit organizat
 ions and for profit businesses be successful by ha
 rnessing the great potential of their people. My g
 oal is to empower the people and teams I work with
  and to help their organizations succeed and grow.
  I am passionate about building relationships with
  my clients\, helping to identify their problems a
 nd devising effective and long-lasting solutions.

 up in South Bend\, Indiana\, lived for many years 
 in the Twin Cities of Minnesota and currently resi

 elebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and have ra
 ised two amazing daughters together. I love runnin
 g\, cycling\, traveling and cooking - especially w

 m the University of Nevada in Las Vegas\, I starte
 d my human resources career in a casino. I quickly
  became interested in the importance of HR brandin
 g\, recruitment\, employee engagement\, and employ
 ee relations. I love serving in a role that works 
 to create and maintain a space where team members 
 feel valued at work. I also have experience in mar
 keting and communications\, having worked in a dig
 ital marketing role and a public relations role wi
 th the NHL before starting my human resources care
 er. I’m eager to contribute to the growth and succ
 ess of nonprofit organizations.</p>\n \n <p>In my 
 free time\, you will find me in the middle of the 
 desert enjoying the sun or stargazing\, trying a n
 ew restaurant in Chinatown\, watching Bob’s Burger
