 olicy at the U.S. Departments of Labor and Educati
 on. I went to law school and practiced law for sev
 eral years advising and representing companies on 
 employment and labor matters. Even though I loved 
 working with my clients\, I realized that I could 
 have more of an impact from inside organizations r
 ather than as outside counsel. For the next 15 yea
 rs I held several senior corporate HR leadership r
 oles across a wide variety of industries\, includi
 ng travel\, retail\, insurance and hospitality. Du
 ring this time I established a track record of ide
 ntifying problems\, proposing solutions and gettin
 g results.<br />\n <br />\n I started Endunamo Con
 sulting's so that I could help nonprofit organizat
 ions be successful by harnessing the great potenti
 al of their people. My goal is to empower the peop
 le and teams I work with and to help their organiz
 ations succeed and grow. I am passionate about bui
 lding relationships with my clients\, helping to i
 dentify their problems and devising effective and 
 long-lasting solutions. I would love the opportuni

 personal level\, I grew up in South Bend\, Indiana
 \, lived for many years in the Twin Cities of Minn
 esota and currently reside in Las Vegas. This year
  my wife Jennifer and I will celebrate our 30th we
 dding anniversary and have raised two amazing daug
 hters together. I love running\, cycling\, traveli
 ng and cooking - especially when I can do them all

 evada in Las Vegas\, I started my human resources 
 career in a casino. I quickly became interested in
  the importance of HR branding\, recruitment\, emp
 loyee engagement\, and employee relations. I love 
 serving in a role that works to create and maintai
 n a space where team members feel valued at work. 
 I also have experience in marketing and communicat
 ions\, having worked in a digital marketing role a
 nd a public relations role with the NHL before sta
 rting my human resources career. I’m eager to cont
 ribute to the growth and success of nonprofit orga
 nizations.</p>\n \n <p>In my free time\, you will 
 find me in the middle of the desert enjoying the s
 un or stargazing\, trying a new restaurant in Chin
