 policy at the U.S. Departments of Labor and Educat
 ion. I went to law school and practiced law for se

  employment and labor matters. Even though I loved
  working with my clients\, I realized that I could
  have more of an impact from inside organizations 
 rather than as outside counsel. For the next 15 ye
 ars I held several senior corporate HR leadership 
 roles across a wide variety of industries\, includ
 ing travel\, retail\, insurance and hospitality. D
 uring this time I established a track record of id
 entifying problems\, proposing solutions and getti
 ng results.<br />\n <br />\n I started Endunamo Co
 nsulting's so that I could help nonprofit organiza
 tions be successful by harnessing the great potent
 ial of their people. My goal is to empower the peo
 ple and teams I work with and to help their organi
 zations succeed and grow. I am passionate about bu
 ilding relationships with my clients\, helping to 
 identify their problems and devising effective and
  long-lasting solutions. I would love the opportun

  personal level\, I grew up in South Bend\, Indian
 a\, lived for many years in the Twin Cities of Min
 nesota and currently reside in Las Vegas. This yea
 r my wife Jennifer and I will celebrate our 30th w
 edding anniversary and have raised two amazing dau
 ghters together. I love running\, cycling\, travel
 ing and cooking - especially when I can do them al

 p>Shortly after graduating from the University of 
 Nevada in Las Vegas\, I started my human resources
  career in a casino. I quickly became interested i
 n the importance of HR branding\, recruitment\, em
 ployee engagement\, and employee relations. I love
  serving in a role that works to create and mainta
 in a space where team members feel valued at work.
  I also have experience in marketing and communica
 tions\, having worked in a digital marketing role 
 and a public relations role with the NHL before st
 arting my human resources career. I’m eager to con
 tribute to the growth and success of nonprofit org
 anizations.</p>\n \n <p>In my free time\, you will
  find me in the middle of the desert enjoying the 
 sun or stargazing\, trying a new restaurant in Chi
