 ducation policy at the U.S. Departments of Labor a
 nd Education. I went to law school and practiced l
 aw for several years advising and representing com
 panies on employment and labor matters. Even thoug
 h I loved working with my clients\, I realized tha
 t I could have more of an impact from inside organ
 izations rather than as outside counsel. For the n
 ext 15 years I held several senior corporate HR le
 adership roles across a wide variety of industries
 \, including travel\, retail\, insurance and hospi
 tality. During this time I established a track rec
 ord of identifying problems\, proposing solutions 
 and getting results.<br />\n <br />\n I started En
 dunamo Consulting's so that I could help nonprofit
  organizations and for profit businesses be succes
 sful by harnessing the great potential of their pe
 ople. My goal is to empower the people and teams I
  work with and to help their organizations succeed
  and grow. I am passionate about building relation

 problems and devising effective and long-lasting s

 nd have raised two amazing daughters together. I l
 ove running\, cycling\, traveling and cooking - es

 and employee relations. I love serving in a role t
 hat works to create and maintain a space where tea
 m members feel valued at work. I also have experie
 nce in marketing and communications\, having worke
 d in a digital marketing role and a public relatio
 ns role with the NHL before starting my human reso
 urces career. I’m eager to contribute to the growt
 h and success of nonprofit organizations.</p>\n \n
  <p>In my free time\, you will find me in the midd
 le of the desert enjoying the sun or stargazing\, 
 trying a new restaurant in Chinatown\, watching Bo
