 ing workforce and education policy at the U.S. Dep
 artments of Labor and Education. I went to law sch
 ool and practiced law for several years advising a
 nd representing companies on employment and labor 
 matters. Even though I loved working with my clien
 ts\, I realized that I could have more of an impac
 t from inside organizations rather than as outside
  counsel. For the next 15 years I held several sen
 ior corporate HR leadership roles across a wide va
 riety of industries\, including travel\, retail\, 
 insurance and hospitality. During this time I esta
 blished a track record of identifying problems\, p
 roposing solutions and getting results.<br />\n <b
 r />\n I started Endunamo Consulting's so that I c
 ould help nonprofit organizations be successful by
  harnessing the great potential of their people. M
 y goal is to empower the people and teams I work w
 ith and to help their organizations succeed and gr
 ow. I am passionate about building relationships w
 ith my clients\, helping to identify their problem
 s and devising effective and long-lasting solution

 ew up in South Bend\, Indiana\, lived for many yea
 rs in the Twin Cities of Minnesota and currently r

  I will celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and
  have raised two amazing daughters together. I lov
 e running\, cycling\, traveling and cooking - espe
 cially when I can do them all together.</p>\n \n <

 ting from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas\, 
 I started my human resources career in a casino. I
  quickly became interested in the importance of HR
  branding\, recruitment\, employee engagement\, an
 d employee relations. I love serving in a role tha
 t works to create and maintain a space where team 
 members feel valued at work. I also have experienc
 e in marketing and communications\, having worked 
 in a digital marketing role and a public relations
  role with the NHL before starting my human resour
 ces career. I’m eager to contribute to the growth 
 and success of nonprofit organizations.</p>\n \n <
 p>In my free time\, you will find me in the middle
  of the desert enjoying the sun or stargazing\, tr
 ying a new restaurant in Chinatown\, watching Bob’
 s Burgers\, or off to see family and friends out o
