 series will provide a practical\, hands-on introdu
 ction to collecting data to understand and improve
  your organization’s performance. From identifying
  the data you need to putting it to use\, whether 
 in a spreadsheet or a grant application\, this ser
 ies will provide the concepts and tools you need t
 o get started with data analysis\, no matter your 
 skill level. The program is made possible by a <a

 ce specializing in operational data analysis and b
 usiness process optimization. She has a PhD in Spa
 nish from the University of Illinois at Urbana Cha
 mpaign (2019) where she taught classroom Spanish f
 or 5 years and studied language processing in bili
 ngual people. As a teacher\, she enjoys making tec
 hnical topics relatable to everyone. As a behavior
 al scientist\, she enjoys helping her colleagues f
 ind ways to collect and analyze data on harder to 
 measure aspects of the workplace environment and c
